Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize enterprise IT infrastructure including cloud services and network security
- Implement and maintain hardware/software solutions across 500+ devices
- Lead cross-functional IT projects with agile methodologies
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and troubleshooting for complex systems
- Develop disaster recovery plans and ensure business continuity
- Collaborate with vendors for equipment procurement and lifecycle management
- Mentor junior IT staff on emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in enterprise IT infrastructure management
- Expertise in virtualization, cybersecurity, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain one
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience in high-pressure environments
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell)
- Experience with ITIL frameworks and compliance standards
