Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure including cloud systems and network security
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for complex hardware/software issues across global teams
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives including vulnerability assessments and incident response
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize IT workflows and automation
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate system upgrades
- Document technical processes and create knowledge base articles
- Mentor junior IT staff and conduct technology training sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on IT infrastructure experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Expertise in cybersecurity protocols and compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO)
- Strong proficiency in network administration and virtualization technologies
- Valid US work authorization or eligibility for visa sponsorship
- Certifications in CompTIA Security+, AWS Solutions Architect, or equivalent
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Experience with ITIL service management principles
