Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain robust IT infrastructure including cloud systems (AWS/Azure) and on-premise networks
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives including vulnerability assessments and incident response protocols
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for enterprise systems and resolve complex user issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop technology roadmaps aligned with business goals
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee IT procurement processes
- Document IT policies, procedures, and disaster recovery plans
- Mentor junior IT staff and conduct technology training sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of progressive IT experience with 3+ years in infrastructure management
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, CIS) and compliance standards
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and DevOps tools
- Valid US work authorization or eligibility for visa sponsorship (H1B, O1, etc.)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
