Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 Technical Support: Assist employees with hardware and software troubleshooting to ensure minimal downtime.
- Hardware Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance, updates, and repairs on workstations, printers, and network equipment.
- Network Assistance: Support local area network (LAN) connectivity and assist in setting up temporary workstations for seasonal staff.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain IT asset inventory and order necessary supplies.
- User Onboarding: Assist in the setup of new employee accounts and devices during peak hiring seasons.
- Documentation: Accurately log all IT tickets, resolutions, and technical issues in the helpdesk system.
Qualifications
- Legal Eligibility: Must currently hold a valid H2B visa or be eligible to obtain one.
- Experience: Previous IT support or help desk experience is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Windows OS, Active Directory, and common office software.
- Availability: Must be available for the full seasonal duration (e.g., 6-9 months).
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with diverse teams.
