Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using modern technologies and frameworks.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and code quality standards.
- Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues, ensuring 99.9% system uptime and performance optimization.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to propose innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience in a full-stack environment.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (React, Vue.js, or Angular) and backend technologies (Node.js, Python, or Java).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team setting.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
