Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure including cloud solutions (AWS/Azure) and network security protocols
- Lead system troubleshooting, performance optimization, and disaster recovery planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on software integration and automation initiatives
- Manage cybersecurity compliance frameworks and vulnerability assessments
- Mentor junior IT staff and document technical procedures
- Oversee vendor relationships and technology procurement
- Support digital transformation projects using DevOps methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of progressive IT infrastructure experience
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and network security (SIEM, firewalls)
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell) and automation tools (Ansible, Terraform)
- Valid US work authorization or eligibility for visa sponsorship
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA Security+, AWS Certified Solutions Architect)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- Experience with ITIL framework and project management
