Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize cloud infrastructure solutions (AWS/Azure)
- Lead enterprise network architecture and security protocols
- Manage hybrid IT environments across on-premise and cloud platforms
- Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD pipeline automation
- Provide Tier-3 support for critical infrastructure incidents
- Document infrastructure blueprints and compliance reports
- Mentor junior engineers on best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in enterprise IT infrastructure management
- Expertise in virtualization (VMware/KVM) and containerization (Docker/K8s)
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols and security frameworks
- CI/CD pipeline implementation experience (Jenkins/GitLab)
- ITIL or ITSM certification preferred
