Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable cloud infrastructure solutions using AWS/Azure
- Manage and optimize network security protocols and systems
- Provide Level 3 support for complex hardware/software issues
- Lead IT infrastructure projects from conception to deployment
- Develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT with business goals
- Document system configurations and maintain technical documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management
- Expertise in virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with automation tools (Ansible, Terraform) and scripting (Python/PowerShell)
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA Network+, AWS/Azure certified)
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues with minimal supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
