Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud environments.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop software solutions and technical roadmaps.
- Ensure data security, compliance, and disaster recovery protocols are up to date.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior IT staff.
- Manage software licensing, hardware procurement, and vendor relationships.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems engineering or network administration.
- Strong proficiency in Linux, Windows Server, and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is highly preferred.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid US work authorization (we provide visa sponsorship).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team setting.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
