Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable IT infrastructure to support business operations.
- Manage and optimize cloud environments (AWS/Azure) ensuring high availability and security.
- Lead the deployment of software updates and patches across the organization.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to protect sensitive data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior IT staff and interns.
- Develop and document IT policies, procedures, and disaster recovery plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT engineering, systems administration, or a similar role.
- Willingness and eligibility to work in the US with Visa Sponsorship support.
- Strong proficiency in Linux, Windows Server, and virtualization technologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.
