Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain complex network infrastructure using Cisco and Juniper technologies.
- Provide advanced Level 3 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and cloud environments.
- Implement and manage security protocols, including firewalls, VPNs, and endpoint protection systems.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless integration of on-premise and cloud solutions.
- Conduct regular system audits, performance tuning, and capacity planning to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Train junior staff and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to foster a collaborative technical environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT engineering, systems administration, or network architecture.
- Valid work authorization in the United States; must be eligible for visa sponsorship.
- Strong proficiency in Linux (RHEL/CentOS) and Windows Server environments.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNP, AWS Solutions Architect, or Security+ are highly preferred.
