Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, architecture, and implementation strategies.
- Conduct thorough code reviews, implement best practices, and ensure code quality and security standards.
- Troubleshoot complex system issues, optimize application performance, and ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, system architecture, or IT infrastructure.
- Proven ability to obtain and maintain US work authorization; visa sponsorship (H1B, O1, etc.) is guaranteed for qualified candidates.
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
