Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain complex IT infrastructure across on-premise and cloud environments.
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Oversee cybersecurity protocols and data protection measures to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation projects.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure optimal performance of third-party IT services.
- Train and mentor junior IT staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Document technical processes and systems for future reference.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT systems engineering or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Proven experience with network architecture, virtualization, and database management.
- Must be eligible for Visa Sponsorship (H1B, L1, or O1).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
