Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable cloud-native solutions using AWS/Azure
- Lead cross-functional agile development teams in 2-week sprint cycles
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Collaborate with product teams to define technical roadmaps
- Contribute to open-source projects and technical community events
- Document architecture decisions and best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Expertise in Python/Java with strong OOP fundamentals
- Proven experience with microservices architecture and containerization
- Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitLab CI)
- Strong problem-solving skills with data structures and algorithms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in multicultural teams preferred
