Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain robust IT infrastructure solutions including cloud systems and network architecture
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives to protect company assets and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Provide tier-3 technical support and troubleshooting for complex IT systems and user issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Mentor junior IT staff and conduct regular system performance optimization
- Manage vendor relationships and evaluate new technologies for potential implementation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of progressive IT experience with infrastructure and security focus
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and virtualization technologies
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, and security frameworks
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA Security+, CCNP, CISSP) highly valued
