Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level web applications using modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
- Collaborate with product managers and UX/UI designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers on best practices, coding standards, and architectural patterns.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex software defects, security vulnerabilities, and performance issues.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Ensure application scalability and maintainability through rigorous testing and documentation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development or IT engineering.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend frameworks.
- Experience with server-side programming (Node.js, Python, Java, or C#).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to undergo the visa sponsorship application process (H1B, O-1, etc.).
