Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Python).
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver feature-rich products on time.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, including participating in rigorous code reviews.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions to foster team growth.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance for scalability.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, preferably in a cloud environment.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python, with experience in at least one major framework (React, Angular, Vue).
- Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL solutions (MongoDB, DynamoDB).
- Demonstrated ability to obtain and maintain U.S. work authorization; visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities in a fast-paced agile environment.
