Responsibilities
- Install, calibrate, and maintain advanced industrial machinery including CNC systems, hydraulic presses, and robotic automation
- Perform diagnostic testing and emergency repairs with company-provided diagnostic tools
- Document maintenance procedures using digital systems and maintain equipment logs
- Train junior technicians on equipment operation and safety protocols
- Collaborate with engineering team to optimize equipment performance
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and industry safety standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on industrial machinery maintenance experience
- Technical certification or equivalent military experience preferred
- Proficiency with mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics
- Ability to read technical schematics and blueprints
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying temperature environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
