Responsibilities
- Install and troubleshoot complex HVAC systems including geothermal and smart-home integrations
- Perform preventive maintenance on commercial and residential units
- Lead junior technicians and coordinate project timelines
- Diagnose electrical/mechanical issues using diagnostic tools
- Ensure compliance with EPA and safety regulations

Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on HVAC installation and repair experience
- EPA 608 certification required (sponsored if needed)
