Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of multi-specialty healthcare facilities ensuring compliance with HIPAA, CMS, and Florida state regulations
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize patient care delivery while maintaining cost-efficiency targets
- Lead cross-functional teams of medical professionals, IT specialists, and administrative staff
- Manage departmental budgets exceeding $5M with quarterly financial reporting to executive leadership
- Drive digital transformation initiatives including EHR system optimization and telemedicine program expansion
- Conduct performance audits and quality improvement initiatives to exceed patient satisfaction benchmarks
- Collaborate with regulatory bodies to ensure accreditation and maintain competitive market positioning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 8 years progressive experience in healthcare management with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Current Florida Nursing Home Administrator License or equivalent healthcare certification
- Proven expertise in healthcare compliance, risk management, and operational excellence
- Advanced proficiency in healthcare analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, Epic) and budgetary forecasting
- Strong track record of implementing successful process improvements in clinical settings
- Exceptional communication skills with demonstrated experience in stakeholder management
- Experience with JCAHO, CMS, and Florida AHCA regulatory frameworks
