Responsibilities
- Model Architecture: Design and implement cutting-edge generative models, including LLMs and diffusion models, optimized for 2026 performance standards.
- Training & Fine-tuning: Lead the end-to-end training pipeline, from data preprocessing to fine-tuning on proprietary datasets to enhance model accuracy and reduce hallucinations.
- Optimization: Optimize model inference speed and latency for real-time applications using techniques like quantization and knowledge distillation.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of the curve by researching the latest papers in NLP, Transformers, and Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF).
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and frontend engineers to integrate AI capabilities into seamless user experiences.
Qualifications
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML, specifically in NLP or Generative AI.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow. Deep understanding of Transformer architectures (BERT, GPT, T5).
- Tools: Hands-on experience with Hugging Face, LangChain, Weights & Biases, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a track record of solving complex algorithmic challenges.
