Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) and diffusion models.
- Optimize model inference latency and cost through quantization, pruning, and distillation techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, researchers, and product managers to integrate AI capabilities into consumer products.
- Implement robust evaluation pipelines to measure model performance, accuracy, and bias.
- Research and implement novel techniques in prompt engineering and reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF).
- Ensure scalability, security, and compliance of AI systems handling sensitive user data.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in deep learning, NLP, or generative AI.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures (BERT, GPT, T5, etc.).
- Experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, AWS SageMaker).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
