Responsibilities
- Architecture Design: Design and implement scalable AI architectures for large-scale generative models, focusing on efficiency and performance.
- Model Optimization: Optimize transformer models (GPT, Llama, Claude) for production environments, reducing latency and improving inference speed.
- Research & Development: Conduct cutting-edge research to improve model accuracy, reduce hallucinations, and enhance safety alignment.
- Deployment: Lead the deployment of AI models into cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) using MLOps best practices.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, conducting code reviews and technical architecture discussions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and designers to translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive user experiences.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Programming: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or natural language processing.
- Frameworks: Extensive experience with Hugging Face, LangChain, or similar AI framework libraries.
- Tools: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of solving complex engineering challenges.
