Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and deployment of cutting-edge Generative AI models for enterprise applications.
- Define and execute the 2026 AI technology roadmap, identifying emerging trends like Multimodal AI and Autonomous Agents.
- Optimize model performance, reduce inference costs, and ensure high availability in cloud environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI agents into complex business logic and customer workflows.
- Establish rigorous MLOps pipelines for model versioning, monitoring, and governance.
- Drive innovation in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to enhance accuracy and relevance.
- Mentor a team of talented Machine Learning Engineers and Data Scientists.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering, Data Science, or a similar role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and modern Deep Learning frameworks.
- Proven experience building and deploying LLMs (e.g., GPT, Llama) at scale.
- Strong background in MLOps, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with Vector Databases and Semantic Search technologies.
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of driving technical strategy.
