Responsibilities
- Architect and optimize high-throughput GPU clusters for training massive language models.
- Design and implement novel reinforcement learning frameworks for autonomous agents.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate cutting-edge research into production-ready Generative AI features.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and compliance in all AI model deployments.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Drive the adoption of state-of-the-art MLOps tools and infrastructure.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on AI/ML.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning infrastructure.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale production models (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Llama).
- Strong understanding of MLOps, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience with hardware acceleration (NVIDIA GPUs, TPUs) and model quantization.
