Responsibilities
- Architect strategic blueprints for 2026-ready AI systems incorporating quantum-resistant encryption
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing predictive models for climate-responsive infrastructure
- Research and integrate emerging technologies (neuromorphic computing, biohybrid systems) into production pipelines
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making algorithms
- Present visionary roadmaps to C-suite stakeholders and industry partners
- Mentor junior technologists in future-focused development methodologies
- Secure patents for breakthrough innovations in human-AI symbiosis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in advanced R&D with 5+ years in futurist or strategic technology roles
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field
- Published research in top-tier journals on AI ethics or next-gen computing
- Expertise in at least one quantum programming framework (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven track record of launching products with 10M+ user impact
- Deep understanding of ISO/IEC 42001 AI governance standards
- Fluency in at least one functional programming language (Haskell, Scala)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ horizon-scanning methodologies
