Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum-AI convergence and neurotech
- Forecast industry disruptions using predictive analytics and trend synthesis
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with leading research institutions (MIT, Stanford, etc.)
- Mentor a team of futurists and technology architects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with 5+ years in futurism or emerging tech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurology
- Published thought leadership in top-tier journals (Nature, IEEE, etc.)
- Expertise in quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Proven track record of scaling tech innovations to commercial viability
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
