Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with AI, biotech, and space exploration teams
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Design human-centered protocols for emerging technology adoption
- Manage partnerships with academic institutions and government futurist offices
- Curate global futures symposiums and thought leadership content
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published work on technology ethics or societal transformation
- Expertise in horizon scanning and weak signal detection methodologies
- Experience with quantum computing or neurotechnology ecosystems
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFCS preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-shaping initiatives launched
