Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive trends shaping 2026 across AI, biotech, and sustainable systems
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives at Fortune 500 companies
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions in our innovation lab
- Mentor junior strategists and build cross-functional innovation pipelines
- Quantify market opportunities using predictive analytics and trend impact modeling
- Advise on ethical implications of emerging technologies and societal shifts
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Published thought leader with 50+ articles on future trends in top-tier publications
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and trend impact assessment
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Experience advising C-suite executives on transformational strategy
- Exceptional storytelling skills with proven ability to translate complex concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-focused implementations
