Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technology, economic, and societal shifts
- Develop strategic scenarios and roadmaps for clients facing disruptive market changes
- Deliver executive briefings and workshops on future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Quantify future market opportunities and risks through proprietary forecasting models
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align innovation portfolios with emerging megatrends
- Author thought leadership publications on exponential technologies and their implications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist analysis
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic scenarios for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, nanotech)
- Strong data visualization and scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences and diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic forespace publications
