- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring future-readiness metrics
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D partners
- Author thought leadership publications for IEEE and Nature journals
- Secure $10M+ in future-tech venture capital allocations
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, R&D, or exponential tech leadership
- Published research in peer-reviewed future studies journals
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology adoption curves
- Patent portfolio in emerging tech domains (preferred)
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Proficiency in Python for trend modeling and predictive analytics
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
