Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts by 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks to guide product development and market positioning
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future scenarios into corporate strategy
- Present compelling narratives about emerging opportunities to stakeholders and investors
- Build and lead a dedicated foresight team with advanced research capabilities
- Publish thought leadership in industry publications and conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation, or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, system dynamics, and trend impact analysis
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive-level presentation skills
- Deep knowledge of AI, biotech, and climate tech convergence points
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFIP) strongly preferred
