Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for 2026 market trends across tech, climate, and social sectors
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients facing disruptive futures
- Lead cross-functional workshops mapping exponential technology impacts
- Produce annual 'Horizon Scan' reports with actionable strategic recommendations
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed future-readiness into core operations
- Present findings at global forums including Davos and TechCrunch Disrupt
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or futures research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field
- Published work on AI governance or exponential technology ethics
- Proven track record advising C-level executives on transformation
- Mastery of horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Kumu, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Strong public speaking and executive communication skills
