Responsibilities
- Develop and implement horizon-scanning methodologies to identify macroeconomic, technological, and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Create bespoke scenario-planning frameworks for enterprise clients across healthcare, energy, and fintech sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into strategic roadmaps and KPIs
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces on emerging paradigms (Web4.0, quantum computing adoption, neuro-ergonomics)
- Build and maintain proprietary trend-detection algorithms using NLP and predictive modeling
- Advolve C-suite clients on strategic pivots and innovation portfolio realignment
- Mentor junior futurists while maintaining thought leadership in industry forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or enterprise planning
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and trend impact analysis
- Proficiency with AI-powered foresight tools (e.g., Palisade, GPT-4 augmented modeling)
- Demonstrated experience developing future-proofing frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies or societal transformation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston) or equivalent
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ complex future-strategy implementations
