- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions

Qualifications
- 7+ years in futures research, strategic foresight, or innovation consulting
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven ability to influence C-suite decisions through data-driven future narratives
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work for Fortune 500 clients
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi methods, causal layered analysis)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Experience in AI ethics, quantum computing, or biotech convergence preferred
