Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies and market disruptions by 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario planning models for long-term organizational resilience
- Present executive-level briefings on future risks and opportunities to the leadership team
- Collaborate with R&D and product teams to integrate future-focused innovations into development pipelines
- Establish cross-functional working groups to address complex future challenges
- Produce annual Future State Reports with actionable recommendations for 2026 planning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate futurism
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with ability to translate complex insights for executive audiences
