Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ foresight frameworks using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive leadership on disruptive technologies
- Translate future insights into actionable business strategies and product roadmaps
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Publish thought leadership on emerging paradigm shifts in tech and society
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of developing long-term strategic frameworks
- Deep expertise in emerging tech (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Published research on paradigm shifts or future scenarios
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (preferred)
