Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver cutting-edge trend analyses, horizon scanning reports, and strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ scenarios
- Design and facilitate executive workshops on disruptive technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their industry implications
- Lead cross-functional teams in translating foresight into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Build proprietary scenario models and simulation tools for risk assessment and opportunity identification
- Author thought leadership content and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, research labs, and emerging tech startups
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in exponential technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, synthetic biology) and their commercial applications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, Strategic Management, or equivalent experience
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into compelling narratives for executive audiences
- Track record of designing and implementing strategic foresight programs in enterprise environments
- Deep knowledge of global megatrends (demographic shifts, climate resilience, geopolitical realignment)
- Strong proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi method)
