Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with 3+ year impact horizons
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging startups
- Present innovation blueprints to investors and board members with compelling data narratives
- Conduct horizon scanning to anticipate regulatory shifts and ethical implications
- Manage R&D budget allocation for future-focused initiatives
- Mentor innovation fellows in emerging technology domains
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record in launching products with 3+ year development cycles
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in STEM, Business, or Futures Studies
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong financial modeling for long-term technology investments
