- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+
- Develop future-focused innovation roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Facilitate strategic foresight workshops with stakeholders across R&D, product, and marketing
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable product development plans
- Build quantitative forecasting models for market adoption and technological convergence
- Represent company at global innovation forums and thought leadership platforms
- Mentor junior futurists and drive innovation culture across departments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 7+ years in innovation strategy, technology forecasting, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing future scenarios that drove business impact
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Strong data visualization and quantitative modeling skills (Python/R preferred)
- Exceptional communication with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFPS) highly desirable
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation publications
