Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data (AI, climate tech, neuro interfaces) to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for executive leadership and product teams
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Author quarterly trend briefings and scenario-planning reports for Fortune 500 partners
- Curate annual 'Future Forward' summit featuring Nobel laureates and industry pioneers
- Mentor junior futurists using our proprietary Anticipatory Intelligence methodology
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused strategies (portfolio required)
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant STEM field
- Published thought leadership in top-tier journals (Harvard Business Review, MIT Tech Review)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Gartner, Forrester, proprietary platforms)
