Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop evidence-based future scenarios and strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Design and facilitate executive workshops on exponential technologies and systemic change
- Author high-impact trend reports and thought leadership content for global audiences
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping next-gen solutions
- Build and nurture a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Advose on ethical implications of emerging technologies and responsible innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in foresight, strategy consulting, or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leader in futurism, technology, or strategic foresight domains
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Science, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ large-scale innovation initiatives with measurable impact
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) preferred
