As a key member of our Global Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and startup incubators to identify paradigm shifts in technology, consumer behavior, and sustainability. Your insights will directly influence multi-billion-dollar product roadmaps and corporate futures.
Responsibilities
- Analyze exponential technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients navigating disruptive futures
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable innovation strategies
- Author high-impact trend reports and thought leadership content for industry publications
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and incubate next-generation startups
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, trend analysis, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of publishing influential foresight frameworks or trend reports
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential tech domains (e.g., AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex future scenarios
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term transformation
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major foresight projects with measurable impact
