- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 7+ years experience in strategic innovation, futures research, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business impact and organizational change
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, biotech) and societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present complex ideas to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic innovation projects
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
