Responsibilities
- Execute horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for enterprise transformation
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives on future readiness
- Author high-impact trend reports and innovation roadmaps
- Design and implement AI-driven foresight analytics platforms
- Secure $2M+ in innovation grants and partnerships
- Mentor junior futurists in advanced methodology applications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight or corporate innovation leadership
- Proven experience developing horizon scanning methodologies
- Expertise in scenario planning and systems thinking
- Published thought leadership in futurism publications
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Experience with AI/ML applications in trend forecasting
