As a pivotal member of our Future Intelligence Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives across Fortune 500 companies to translate foresight into actionable roadmaps. This role demands exceptional strategic thinking, deep tech fluency, and the ability to communicate complex futures with executive clarity.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing ecosystems
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps for enterprise clients using scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing business models and workforce transformation
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and whitepapers for C-level decision-makers
- Establish and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Integrate ethical foresight frameworks into client innovation strategies
- Drive thought leadership through keynote presentations and industry publications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on transformation initiatives
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) strongly preferred
