- Conduct competitive analysis and technology assessments to identify first-mover advantages
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state capabilities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive board with data-driven scenarios
- Build and maintain relationships with venture capital firms, research labs, and innovation hubs
- Manage innovation portfolio including pilot programs and strategic partnerships
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, technology consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives with measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, sustainable tech)
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Strategy
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Technology Assessment preferred
- Experience building innovation ecosystems within Fortune 500 environments
