- Lead ideation workshops with C-suite executives and R&D teams
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership on future-of-work paradigms
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify disruptive startups
- Represent company at global futurism conferences and policy forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published author on future technologies or disruptive trends
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Experience with generative AI tools and predictive analytics platforms
- Portfolio of implemented future-focused projects (2019-2023)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
