Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal paradigms through 2030
- Develop quantitative forecasting models using advanced analytics and machine learning frameworks
- Produce executive-level strategic briefings for C-suite clients on emerging risk/opportunity scenarios
- Design immersive foresight workshops that transform future insights into actionable business strategies
- Author thought leadership publications on technological convergence and societal transformation
- Partner with R&D teams to validate future-viability of emerging innovations
- Mentor junior analysts in futures research methodologies and strategic foresight principles
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or quantitative social sciences
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and AI-powered forecasting tools
- Proven track record of developing future-ready strategies for Fortune 500 clients
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and statistical modeling
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures into executive narratives
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (portfolio required)
