Responsibilities
- Develop and implement multi-year foresight frameworks for 2026+ strategic initiatives
- Analyze convergence of AI, biotech, and climate tech to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives and global partners
- Produce actionable trend reports and white papers on future workforce evolution
- Design ethical governance protocols for autonomous systems and quantum adoption
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-state business models and service offerings
- Represent company at global futurism forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven expertise in technology convergence analysis and systemic risk modeling
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership on 2020s societal or technological transitions
- Proficiency in horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on long-term strategic pivots
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTR) or equivalent demonstrable expertise
